Guanlan Tu Teng/Guan Lan Totem

The base of this project locates in a flat hummock, and the museum is the main topic plus the trading center. One original small building was renovated to the print teaching building. The surrounding structure with the middle yard form the layout of the museum, also there is a small dooryard inside the trading center. So lights and air can enter the indoor spaces. The architectural characters include tropical sunshades and the control of lights. The sunshade steel pipes present patterns like waves and eyes and make them like the mark and brushwork of prints.
